Who Do You Trust?
“For You are my hope, O Lord GOD; You are my trust from my youth.” Psalm 71:5, NKJV
Sometimes during trials we focus so much on the trial that we forget to focus on God.
The one thing that we must never lose sight of in the midst of our trial is the goodness of God. It is by God’s goodness that we are able to trust Him in all things.
We don’t live in a very trusting world these days and sometimes it’s hard to know who you can trust.
There is one thing for sure; when we are in the middle of our trouble everyone will have an opinion or a suggestion or a remedy, and if they are from people you trust, you should consider them.
But after all is said and done, there is only one thing that you can put all your trust in, and that is the goodness of God.
Trust is a big part of our faith. If we can’t trust God, we will have a hard time living by faith when all else seems to fail us.
Be encouraged today in knowing that you can trust God with both the small and the large concerns in your life. He cares about both of them.
