What Will Be Said About You?
“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.” John 12:24, NKJV
This verse contains one of the many paradoxes of the Bible. A Paradox is two opposites used in a sentence. In the verse we read from death comes life; that’s a paradox.
All of us are going to die unless the Lord comes while we are still alive. If He does tarry with His coming and we die, will our life continue to produce something in the lives of those we left behind?
It is said that Elvis Presley has made more money dead than he ever did alive. His life continues to produce long after his death.
Will that be said of you? Are you living your life in such a powerful way as a Christian; that when you die, your influence will continue to produce positive results on others?
Paul the Apostle has been dead and gone a long time but he is still making a difference in people’s life.
You don’t have to be another Paul the Apostle but you do need to live your life every day with the purpose of making a difference in someone’s life.
