What Should I Do?
“…Lord, what do You want me to do?” Acts 9:6, NKJV
Immediately after Saul was saved on the road to Damascus, he asked a very important question; “Lord, what do you want me to do?”
It was a very important question, indeed. Paul was right in wanting to know what the Lord wanted him to do now that he was saved; for what purpose have you saved me?
It is a question we should all ask. There is much more to our salvation than baptism, church membership, going to church, and one day going to heaven.
God did save us all for a purpose that goes beyond baptism, church membership and going to heaven. We are all given talents and gifts that we can use to extend the Kingdom of God, on this earth, while we are here.
We can witness, we can minister, we can help grow the church, we can help others, we can pray for others, we can encourage others; these and so much more are things that God wants us to do for Him after our salvation.
Have you asked the Lord the question that Saul asked Him after he was saved; Lord what do you want me to do?
I convinced that if you do ask Him that question, He will reveal to you His purpose for your life after your salvation experience.
God does not want us wandering around wondering what we are supposed to do with our salvation.
He has a plan for and He is ready to reveal that plan to you.
