You’re Not Alone
“But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me…..” 2 Timothy 4:17, NKJV
One of the loneliest times we can have is when we face a time of need without having a friend to talk to about it with. Everyone needs at least one trusted friend in whom they can confide.
One of our great old hymns is entitled; “I Must Tell Jesus”.
We can always tell Jesus. Our scripture for today comes from Paul’s letter to Timothy. He was telling Timothy that in his difficult times, the Lord would always stand with giving him strength.
When we tell Jesus, He comes along and stands at our side as walk through the valleys of this life. As He stands at our side, He gives us strength in our time of need.
Be encouraged today in knowing that you always have a close trusted friend in Jesus and when you don’t have anyone else to talk to, you can always talk to Jesus.
I have found that He always listens and I feel much better after I’ve told Jesus. I think you will too.
