Don’t Stop Doing Good
“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:9-10, NKJV
As Christians, we can be tempted to just stop doing good because of the personal trials that we may be going through. The truth of the matter is that life can beat us down to a point that we get weary of trying to do what God wants us to do in this life.
This scripture reminds us that is due time, and that means God’s time, we will reap the blessings of doing such things for others and for God. We need to be reminded of that at times. Sometimes our own problems will cause us to lose sight of the good that God wants us to do for others especially in His church.
Don’t give in to that temptation. Keep doing good, keep trying to be and do what God wants you to do with your life. One day, you will reap huge blessings for all you do. God is faithful and bless you beyond measure on His timetable.
